The following terms and conditions apply for the rental of a campsite pitch at Domaine LE CLOS DES CAPITELLES. The park allows caravans, tents and motorhomes.
All booking request must be made by people who are legally capable. At the time of booking, the contractor (you) must provide his last name, first name and date of birth as well as those of his party. Other people than those mentioned at the time of the booking will not be allowed on site. Booking request can be made online, by email, phone or post. Your booking becomes effective upon reception of the booking form completed and signed as well as a down payment. If your booking has not been confirmed within 8 days, it will be cancelled. As soon as the down payment is debited, the reservation will be confirmed by sending a document certifying it. The down payment consists of 25% of the total booking amount. The balance must be paid 30 days prior arrival. If the payment money is not received in this time we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In this case, the down payment will not be refunded. If the booking is made less than 30 days prior arrival, the total amount needs to be paid at the time of the booking. A confirmation of payment will be sent by email and needs to be shown on arrival.
The accepted means of payment are the french cheques (holiday, postal or bank), the postal orders, credit cards (Creditcard, Visa, Mastercard), transfers or cash. The payments by transfers, credit cards (Creditcard, Visa, Mastercard), postal orders or cheque are the only ones accepted at the booking time.
The prices indicated on our brochure as well as our website are expressed in euros, VAT included. These prices are valid for the current season, except modifications not taken into account. The rates include the location rental, access to the domain facilities, the pool, sauna, gym, a nominative parking place. Rates do not include the security deposit for the secure access badge, tourist tax, bed linen, towels, refrigerator rental.
In July and August, rental reservations are made for a minimum of 2 nights. If pitches are available upon arrival these can be rented by the night. In case of extension of stay, the latter is granted to the night in case of availability.
Pets are accepted subject to acceptance by management. Up-to-date vaccination certificates must be sent at the time of booking. Remember to include all the information about your animals when booking. Thank you.
In any season, the arrivals are from 2:30 PM to 6 PM maximum and departures to be carried out between 8 AM and 12 PM. The campers are accompanied to the place which was reserved to them, this sets the inventory of fixtures in the presence of both parties. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €50,- for the secure access badge must be paid in the form of check, cash or print of the credit card, it being specified that it will not be cashed and that it will be returned against the delivery of the access badge in working order. Any delay regarding your arrival, even just eventual, must be reported. A delay is tolerated, the rental being maintained, until the day after the date of arrival (4 PM in the afternoon, at maximum). After this period, the reservation will be considered canceled by the customer, the latter abandoning the domain his payment already made. The customer will not be able to access the domain in any way. Whatever the cause, early departures will not generate reimbursement.
Any cancellation of reservation must be made in writing terms and sent to the Clos des Capitelles by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, receipt of the said letter being the proof of cancellation. In the absence of subscription of a cancellation insurance as well as presentation of a successor that the domain will be able to approve or not and without prejudice to its right to compensation, the domain will keep for its compensation:
- in case of cancellation earlier than three (3) months before the start date of the rental, 50% of the deposit
- if canceled between three (3) months and 30 days before the rental start date, the full amount the deposit
- in case of cancellation within the last thirty days, all the sums paid.
The contractor (you) should ensure that he has an adequate insurance cover, including damages, theft, fire, damages caused by water as well as civil liability. The domain cannot be responsible in case of a forgetting of a personal effect within the domain, in case of occurrence of a case of force majeure, a fortuitous event or a foreign cause. In case of occurrence of an event damaging to the tenant whose domain or its agents would be directly at the origin, the responsibility of the latter will be limited whatever the nature or the number of the damages of the tenant to the amount of damage and interest capped at the rate of the stay paid by the said tenant.
Every tenant is bound to respect the rules of the domain posted at the entrance and which is given to him on his arrival.
In case of dispute, the competent Court is the one related to the activity of the Domain.
These conditions govern the rental of a mobile home or a chalet in the domain Le Clos de Capitelles.

Rates include the rental of the chalet or mobile home equipped (excluding sheets that can be rented if they have been previously reserved), access to all the infrastructure of the field (pool, sauna, sport room), nominative parking place including water and electricity consumption. The rates do not include the security deposits relating to the rental elements, thecleaningwork, the secure access badge, the tourist tax, the rental of baby high chair, the rental of baby bed, the rental of sheets and linen toilet.
In July and August, rentals of mobile homes and chalets are granted for a minimum duration of 7 nights. Outside July and August rentals are granted for a minimum of 2 nights. Except to the exception granted by the management, no rental for one night can be granted. In case of exception, the additional night will be payable and billed at the rate of the night applicable when the decision to extend the stay.
Les mobil homes et les chalets ne sont pas accessibles aux personnes handicapées devant se déplacer par fauteuil roulant, les mobil homes et chalets étant la propriété de particuliers.

In any season, the arrivals are between 4 PM and 6 PM, departures to be carried out between 8 AM and 10 AM. Upon arrival, we give you the list of equipment present in the mobile home, which one must be checked by you. Any missing element or any deterioration must be reported to the reception room within one hour of arrival. At your arrival, the following deposits must be paid in the form of cash checks or credit card imprint, this, being specified that they will not be cashed: - €50,- for the secure access badge; - €500,- for the rental elements of the mobile home or chalet; - €300,- for animals present in the mobile home or chalet; - €200,- for cleaning on departure. The various deposits of guarantee will be returned to you after your departure by mail within a period of 5 weeks, deducting the sums deducted for: any damage caused during your renting, the state of cleanliness of the mobile home or chalet, the replacement of missing or damaged objects, the access badge defective or not returned.
It is specified that the said deposits do not prevent the Le Clos des Capitelles from asking for additional sums, particularly for the purpose of repairing a loss suffered.
